Nepal Outdoor Academy began in 2021, founded by Jagan Timilsina who had a vision for comprehensive outdoor education that surpassed mere basic skills training. He aimed to create a new standard in outdoor learning.

What started as a medium to achieve Jagan's dream of providing outdoor education to Nepalese has since flourished into a globally recognized institution. It now boasts a significant team of expert instructors and has successfully guided a vast and diverse community of graduates through its programs.

Jagan Timalsina

Founder & Managing Director

Since 2009, Jagan has climbed 14 snow peaks, including Mount Everest. If he is not busy climbing mountains, Jagan can be found working as an instructor for outdoor activities.

General Manager

Himal Pandit is a leading figure in Nepal's outdoor adventure sector, distinguished by his multifaceted career as a trek leader, administrator, and educator.
